Balloon Quality & Longevity
- All helium balloons are treated with care and designed to last 2–5 days, depending on weather and balloon type.
- For outdoor deliveries, we cannot guarantee longevity due to heat and humidity
Refund & Redo Policy
- If your balloons arrive deflated, damaged, or not as ordered, we’ll make it right.
- Let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
- No refunds for deliveries declined at door or incorrect addresses provided.
Payments & Tax
- All orders are subject to state and local sales tax.
